Melissa Diaz with Stunningly Staged Homes is as professional and talented as they come!  My husband and I wanted to remodel our kitchen which was basic brown from when the house was built in 2005. My neighbor referred us to Melissa.  I could tell instantly, from our initial meeting, that she had the creative style we needed for a remodel. Melissa is not only extremely engaging to work with but also has a keen understanding of the look we were trying to achieve. She demands quality from her contractors, they have been working with her for years and have strong relationship(s).  We knew step by step how the project would unfold, she kept in close contact throughout the timetable. I knew without a doubt that our kitchen would turn out beautifully. After the demolition period, the work took off ---  kept the cabinets, but changed the paint to white; expanded the island by 25% and painted a lovely rich grey contrast to the white cabinetry; installed smart-home lighting & switches -- all Alexa based, our grey flagstone backsplash is seamless - meaning the outlets & switches are all hidden under the cabinets; the quartz countertops are truly beautiful; all appliances are updated; and the final touch was a gorgeous 64 bottle birch wine closet. I can't say enough about the incredibly creative furnishing and decorating work that Stunningly Staged Homes did for us. When we decided to purchase a vacation rental home in Newport Beach, we hired Melissa and her crew to handle all aspects. It's a 3000 square-foot four bedroom home with a rooftop deck. We wanted to have a contemporary, beachy feel. Melissa spent several months picking out all of the furniture and decor.
The place came out absolutely amazing and has been rented solid since May. Everyone that sees pictures are steps into the home is absolutely blown away by how great it looks.
